We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Oversee estimating and forecasting for HVAC projects, including change orders and close-outs.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes.
- Experience managing major projects with a focus on medical centers is a plus.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs.
- Competitive Salary: $135k - $165k Annual Bonus: $15k - $30k
