Job Title: Sr. Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise or divisional projects of moderate to high complexity.
- Define project scope, strategy, timelines, and budgets.
- Drive cross-functional teams toward the successful delivery of business outcomes.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain focus on strategy and value realization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage ambiguity and conflicting priorities while keeping projects on track.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or coordination.
- Minimum 5 years of experience directly managing end-to-end projects.

Position Information
Salary Range:The salary for this position is between $110,000 – $123,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
