Title - Recruitment Coordinator
Duration - Contract
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth logistics (virtual or onsite).
- Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed throughout the hiring process.
- Job Posting & Sourcing: Post job openings on various platforms and assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Background Checks & Onboarding: Assist in conducting background checks, verifying references, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Recruitment Reporting: Track key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and provide insights for process improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Employer Branding Support: Help enhance employer branding efforts through social media, career fairs, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Location - Puget Sound, WA ( Onsite )
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $30k – $50k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
