Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and timelines.
- Contribute to product lifecycle management, including ideation, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Manage UI application projects, ensuring they meet user needs and deliver business value.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, roadmaps, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and communicate progress.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support product-related decisions and act as a key point of contact for project queries.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in project management with exposure to product management practices.
- Experience managing UI application projects and delivering user-focused solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid Role; Needs to work 3 days from office a week)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $110,000– $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
