About the Role: Credit and Collections Supervisor role involves assisting in the collection of past due accounts, various AR administrative tasks, reviewing and releasing Spares sales orders, analyzing AR reports, and collecting MRO business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Corporate Credit Manager and Supervisor with collection of past due accounts on all locations.
- Assist in cleaning up customer disputes and AR aging.
- Review and release sales orders on credit hold.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer collection issues.
- Perform administrative tasks and other ad hoc projects as requested by management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience, SAP experience, proficient in Excel & Word, strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills:
Five (5) years of experience in Credit & Collections,
SAP experience, proficient in Excel & Word, strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills: Work Independently, Knowledge of Corridor Systems, Aviation Industry experience.
Pay range and compensation package: $75-80K.
Open to Relocation Package for the right candidate
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
