Candidates MUST have the following:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 7 years of Controller experience within the Manufacturing Industry
- Experience with supporting operations finance and accounting activities
- Experience in partnering with Financial Planning and Analysis teams to evaluate and improve accounting and finance operations
- Oversee and manage financial operations and reporting
- Act as a liaison between leadership and accounting/finance teams
- Prepare and present accounting/financial data to stakeholders
