Our boutique law firm client in Coral Gables is seeking an experienced real estate attorney at the Senior Associate, Counsel, or Partner level with 7 years of experience in residential and / or commercial real estate transactions and litigation . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney looking for flexibility in a hybrid or remote work environment while maintaining a strong presence in a reputable and growing firm.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle complex real estate transactions , including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing for residential and commercial properties.
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, title and closing documents, and other real estate-related contracts .
Counsel clients on real estate development, zoning, regulatory compliance, and property management matters .
Represent clients in real estate disputes and litigation , including contract disputes, title issues, landlord-tenant matters, and foreclosures.
Collaborate with developers, lenders, real estate investors, and high-net-worth individuals on structuring real estate deals and financing strategies .
Manage and mentor junior associates and legal staff , contributing to the firm’s growth and development.
Participate in business development and maintain strong client relationships to expand the firm’s real estate practice.

Qualifications :

7 years of experience in residential and / or commercial real estate law (transactional and / or litigation).

Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills for real estate agreements.

Experience handling closings, title reviews, and financing transactions .

Litigation experience in real estate disputes is a plus but not required.

Active Florida Bar admission required.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a boutique firm environment.

Strong business development skills and an existing book of business is a plus.
