About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and prepare closing documents, including settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and title documents

Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and lien searches

Coordinate closings with buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, and title companies

Manage pre- and post-closing processes, including escrow disbursements and document recording

Monitor critical dates and ensure compliance with contract deadlines

Communicate professionally with clients and all parties involved in the transaction

Maintain and organize physical and digital real estate files

Support attorneys with general real estate matters as needed
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of residential real estate paralegal experience in a law firm, title company, or related setting

Familiarity with Florida real estate laws, title documentation, and closing procedures

Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., DoubleTime, Qualia, or similar)

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills
