Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the consolidation of financials across two divisions
- Oversee the preparation and enhancement of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in financial data, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with company goals.
- Drive system improvements, including the potential transition to a more modern financial software system.
- Work closely with the CFO to provide strategic insights and financial analysis to ownership and leadership.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of accounting experience, with a background in construction, oil & gas, or electrical/power industries.
- Proven leadership experience, with a strong understanding of general ledger systems and financial reporting.
- Experience with Viewpoint software
- Expertise in financial analysis, consolidation, and process optimization.
