What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at Ascent Resources?
Ascent Resources is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator. This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and will report to the Manager – Compliance & Contract Administration.
This position will provide marketing support by performing various contract administrative and trade confirmation duties along with assisting management in an administrative support role.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform trade confirmation validation
- Perform contract administration duties including routing contracts and other marketing documents
- Assist with contract legal and audit requests
- Assist in other contract administration projects as assigned by supervisor
- Coordinate various marketing customer event planning
- Assist in making travel arrangements for management and other tasks as needed
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office 2010 and above. This includes Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Education & Work Experience Required
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-5 experience in a contract administrator role
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study
