The Guest Service Agent (GSA) will be an elegant host prepared for anything — from art exhibit recommendations to an extra pillow. Meticulously “reading the room” and anticipating needs, our ideal candidate will be thorough and passionate in their hospitality and the cinematic experiences of ASH Hotels. As the face of the hotel, the front desk is Hotel Ulysses first impression, and our ideal candidate will know how to set the tone through their spirited and zealous persona.
You should be organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure. Be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing. Have the ability to guide guests through the menu, being knowledgeable of all things, including questions regarding the food, coffee, and other selections. Take pride in personal appearance and show dedication to your role. Can work well under stress or in high-pressure situations. Is an effective listener who is able to effectively resolve conflicts in a fair and direct manner - nothing slips through the cracks. Display integrity and honesty in all aspects of your employment.
This person is an extrovert by nature, a true people-person who gains energy from engaging guests in genuine and attentive interactions.
