What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Worker position at Ashe County Cheese Store?
Ashe County Cheese Store is a family-owned company located in West Jefferson, NC. We are currently seeking a full-time line worker to join our team.
Duties:
- Move product from vats to forms.
- Work with equipment in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
- Wash and clean equipment after use.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Follow company's GMP's
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Experience:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly work is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
