Requirements
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings provided by customer / interior designer.
- At least 15 years experience & knowledge in door / carpenter industry.
- Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned customers including ID / contractor / main-con / sub-con.
- Manage relationships with all levels of customer stakeholders and maintain long-term relationships.
- Understand and influence (where appropriate) assigned external MRO competitive environment, purchasing trends / behaviors, and third-party customer contract landscape.
- Drive growth of assigned external MRO sales and profit per contract visit.
- Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts.
- Interact with members of the customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, and / or other teams.
