Coordinator, Marketing Operations

Asia Society is hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to build and run our email programs, automated customer journeys, and advertising/social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and technically skilled marketing professional with excellent critical thinking and communication skills who is comfortable managing the entire lifecycle of a campaign, from creative development to execution, measurement, and optimization.

In this role, you will work across teams to build Asia Society's email program and manage our marketing automation platform. You will also work closely with the CRM team to design and deliver a modern marketing architecture that securely integrates data across CRM, email, web, and advertising platforms to provide a unified experience to our members

.
RESPONSIBILITIE

QUALIFICATIO

NS:• Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of experience developing email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing progr

ams• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation system such as Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, e

tc.• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and best practi
