Job Tit le : Banking Operation Support

Location : New York, NY 10004

Duration : 12 Months Contract

Pay Range is $24 to $25 / hr. on W2

Job Description :

Respond to and coordinate with clients and business areas regarding returned mail inquiries.
Address internal and external inquiries while ensuring SLAs are maintained.
Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to gather and provide required information.
Reconcile unclaimed assets and escalate potential anomalies to management.
Contribute to assigned projects and support process improvements within Escheatment Operations.

Qualifications :

Experience identifying and addressing client needs, with a focus on active participation in discussions and meetings.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective presentation and collaboration.

Demonstrated ability to balance workloads, meet client expectations, and keep management informed of progress.

Project management capabilities, including the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with large data management or processing.

Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
