Location : New York NY- 10004

Duration : 12 Months

Pay Range is $35 to $37.72 / hr. on W2

Job Description :

Execute mandatory regulatory mailings in compliance with FINRA, SEC, SIPC Act, and other relevant regulations.
Monitor and report regulatory metrics & KRIs to senior management.
Ensure compliance with U.S. banking regulations and quickly adapt to evolving financial rules.
Work with multiple stakeholders, including Compliance, Business Units, and global teams.
Handle volume spikes, prioritize ad-hoc requests, and manage projects as needed.
Escalate issues and risks to supervisors in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance efforts.
Respond to internal queries from team members and business units regarding regulatory matters.

Qualifications & Requirements :

2-5 years of experience in financial operations, regulatory compliance, or related fields.

Bachelors degree required (Finance, Business, or related field preferred).

Knowledge of U.S. banking regulations and financial compliance standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong research, problem-solving, and risk management skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
