Marketing Consultant Bank Products

Position Summary :

The U.S. Banks Marketing team at seeks a Marketing Consultant to design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth of Private Bank products on E

TRADE.com. This role involves collaboration across multiple teams, campaign execution across digital and email channels, and the development of marketing strategies to deepen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with U.S. Banks product teams, Marketing Operations, and Digital Platforms teams to develop and implement marketing plans that promote Bank products.

Execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring accurate messaging, targeting, and timely updates for digital assets and materials.

Provide comprehensive marketing support for Bank and deposit-focused initiatives, including partner relationship management and deliverable oversight.

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and external partners to review and approve marketing materials within established timelines.

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Adobe Analytics and Tableau to guide future marketing strategies and updates.

Prepare detailed reports to inform product teams and senior management of campaign results and trends.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field (preferred).

3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services.

Proficiency in executing digital and email campaigns, with strong analytical skills to interpret marketing trends and segmentation.

Experience fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements in the financial services industry is a plus.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint (required); experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce is a plus.
