About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Ticket Seller. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless event experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and efficient ticket sales and support services to customers
- Operate computerized ticketing systems using DOS software
- Handle cash transactions, count coins and currency, and balance daily sales reports
- Work collaboratively with other departments as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business)
- 1-3 months of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
The employee must be able to stand or sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
