ASN Constructors is a joint venture of three international contractors (Acciona, Shikun & Binui and North American Construction Group) who will work with the Metro Flood Diversion Authority and other area stakeholders to build a historic project that will protect the citizens of the Fargo-Moorhead area from flood waters from the Red River. The Project Scheduler is responsible for supporting the Planning / Scheduling department in daily, weekly, and monthly required tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain excel sheets required for weekly schedule tasks in reporting and monitoring
- Create histograms in Excel from different data
- Create dashboards from different data in Excel and Power BI
- Develop and maintain weekly reports in Excel and Word format
- Acquire knowledge in Primavera software (planning)
- Communicate with different team members within Planning Team and other departments within the project organization to receive inputs required for schedule and reporting
- Capture in excel and word inputs from different team members within the project organization
- Develop presentations in Power Point
- Export / Import data from different software to / in Excel
- Maintain scheduling logs updated in weekly basis
- Generate regular progress reports
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to the project team
- Other related duties assigned
