Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Assist the Director of Operations in the day-to-day management of real estate development projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (construction, legal, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of projects from planning to completion.
- Project Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project, preparing regular reports and updates for senior management.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining operations and improving efficiency across the organization, implementing process improvements where necessary.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Budget and Resource Management: Assist with the creation and monitoring of project budgets, ensuring cost control measures are in place.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards, while proactively addressing any operational risks.
- Strategic Initiatives: Support strategic planning and execution of business growth initiatives, including market analysis, site selection, and financial forecasting.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the operations team, offering guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in real estate development, operations management, or related fields.

- Proficient with project management software and tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
