We are seeking an experienced Animal Welfare Strategist to join our team as a Senior Director, Veterinary Services at our Recovery & Rehabilitation Center.
This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to improve animal welfare and advance the ASPCA's mission.

- Lead the veterinary team in providing high-quality care to animals in need.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary college required.
- Licensed or license eligible to practice veterinary medicine in the state of New York required.
- Minimum of 5 years' small animal veterinary experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years' shelter medicine experience, including working directly on both individual animal and population level concerns required.
