From sourcing top talent to ensuring a seamless pre-onboarding experience, youll help us shape the future of the ABA industry. What Youll Do :
- Recruitment Support : Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for top behavioral health talent.
- Pre-Onboarding Assistance : Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring all initial requirements are met.
- Database Management : Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep stakeholders informed.
- Collaboration : Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to strategize and execute recruitment initiatives.
