Chiropractic Clinic - Tech position, All training will be on-site. Looking for someone with a good work ethic and positive attitude. No prior technical skill is needed. Need to have great communication skills and attention to detail.

Position Description:
The Clinic assistant is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk and patient interaction. Spanish translation, operating rehabilitation equipment, and discussing financials.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Answering the telephone utilizing phone script ENGLISH / SPANISH
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Creating and updating promotional content
- Informing current, potential, and/or new patients of promotions, specials, etc.
- Creating an over-the-top patient experience (elaborated on later in this document)
- Operating decompression table and other rehabilitation equipment
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic
- Tracking clinic statistics such as number of new patients, cancelled appointments, re-scheduled appointments, etc.
- Receiving payments for supplements, appointments, exams, promotions, and/or other transactions
- Retaining a strong knowledge of the responsibilities of the other clinic positions so that if the need arises you can cover that position temporarily
- Specific to sales and operations, being willing to interact with patents and engaging in internal referrals, sales experience
- Regarding money skills, being able to discuss financials and contract negotiations with patients without being hesitant and/or nervous
- Being willing to train on content and scripts that will help educate in order to become more effective and efficient at our duties
This role will be a lot of hands-on activities and patient intereaction.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
