We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships. You will leverage your customer service skills to provide exceptional support while also analyzing client feedback to enhance our services. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.s, delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.
- Analyze client needs and feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Support financial planners and advisors by managing client communications, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Assist with the preparation of financial plans, insurance reviews, and investment updates.
- Handle administrative responsibilities, including maintaining client records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to their financial success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior experience in insurance, financial planning, client service, or relationship management is essential.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Technology: Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Growth Mindset: A passion for learning, problem-solving, and taking initiative to improve processes and client outcomes.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Experience in financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
