IDENTIFY AND UNDERSTAND TARGET MARKET AREA AND COMPETITORS AND DO COLD CALLING TO THE CANDIDATES
MINIMUM 2 YEARS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE-IDEALLY MORE
Contribute to the recruitment of Fixed Income and Equity Markets professionals through high-touch collaboration with senior recruiter
Source passive candidates through industry networking events, social media and other recruiting tools and initiatives
Utilize social media, event management, job boards, membership organizations, and personal networking to generate a candidate pool
Generate and review resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offer terms and provide feedback to higher-ups
Collaborate with HR business partners, attorneys, and other stakeholders to effectively and smoothly onboard candidates
Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for repeat positions to shorten future recruitment cycle
Maintain and update Job Requisition and Applicant Tracking Systems to produce progress reports and other recruitment specifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or another related field
2 years of experience supporting recruiters within the financial services industry, preferably in Fixed Income or Equities; agency experience a MAJOR PLUS
Experience executing on assignments with limited information and ability to make decisions independently
Proven ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, and deadlines
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, human resources information systems, and other recruiting-related applications
Salary : $43 - $43
