- Responsible for supporting Branch Manager in all internal/administrative operations of the branch.
- Responsible for managing non-clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and accreditations, and optimizing departmental operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Create and analyze relevant reports that allow the nursing department to operate efficiently and effectively. Use data-driven insights to drive improvements and optimize departmental performance.
- Strategic Decision Making: Make data-driven decisions aligned with the executive vision for the clinical department. Carry out the executive's vision and execute strategies to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure continuous and successful implementation of business plans as directed by the Branch Manager
- Issue Reporting and Communication: Timely report issues and concerns to the executive team. Maintain effective communication channels and provide updates on the status of departmental operations.
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.
- Accepts other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory/lead operational experience in healthcare is required (home health/hospice, SNF or RCFE experience is preferred).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ability to support growth of business and promote employee satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent reporting skills (including Excel).
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in creating and analyzing reports to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
