Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform mid-year property surveys
- Conduct weekly security checks on all vacant properties
- Perform twice-yearly exterior surveys of all properties
- Assist Executive Property Managers and Maintenance Coordinator
- Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified
- Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy,
- Construction or building knowledge preferred
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or GED required
