- Manage client relationships strategically, providing key business insights and expertise to drive client loyalty, profitability, and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop client relationship management plans and activities based on client classification and importance.
- Execute relationship management strategies to identify client issues and opportunities, creating detailed action plans to improve both property & client relationships for all accounts.
- Model the company’s culture, values, and brand promise to strengthen client relationships. Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating the value of the company’s products and services.
- Build strong relationships with board members by offering trusted advice, bringing key insights, and following through with commitments.
- Influence and understand the financial and operational goals for each client, including developer transitions, capital improvement projects, and financial challenges.
- Ensure the growth and profitability of each account by adding new products and services based on client needs and pricing.
- Attract, develop, and retain a diverse team of managers who can meet each client’s needs.
- Provide ongoing support through training, coaching, and career development for associates seeking growth opportunities.
- Mentor community managers & teams, emphasizing professionalism, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- Ensure compliance with the Illinois Condo Act and regulatory requirements for the property, correcting any violations as needed.
- Maintain service excellence in all interactions with residents, vendors, staff, and colleagues, ensuring knowledge and enforcement of the Community Governing Documents.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to meet their needs and foster lasting partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and achieve company business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Identify and pursue new markets, clients, partnerships, products, or services that align with business objectives.
- Explore local and international expansion opportunities for growth.

- Present the company’s products and services to potential clients in a professional manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to secure new business.
- Allocate and manage company resources effectively to support business development efforts.
- Organize events, including networking and client-facing activities, to promote business growth.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records.

- Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.
- May participate in any variety of meetings and workgroups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain a specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.
- Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
- Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of mechanical operations of a building and equipment.

- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Master of Business Administration Degree Preferred
- 7 - 10 years of directly related or closely related experience
- 5 – 7 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
- 5 – 7 years of Community Association experience
- IL CAM license required
- Frequent travel to various locations throughout Chicago for assigned portfolio
