What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Associated Mirror& Shelving Group LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Organizational Skills with Book keeping experience
- Estimating experience and reading plans a plus
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
- Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking using QuickBooks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in builder portal systems
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
