Marketing Services Specialist

Key Duties :
- Identify opportunities to present AWG marketing programs to member retailers
- Proactively create conversations with member retailers and plan presentations for small groups
- Support AWG's Retail Marketing Network by expanding member participation in AWG partners digital programs
- Coordinate with vendor partners for ongoing retailer support and participate in onboarding process as needed
- Serve as a first line point of contact for AWG's Marketing Department to member retailers
- Willingness to travel up to % as needed
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned member retailers, managing relationships and ensuring member retailer satisfaction.
- Understand member retailers' business objectives, marketing strategies, and campaign goals to provide tailored advertising solutions.
- Identify gaps in member retailers omnichannel customer touchpoints and recommend AWG advertising services to strengthen their overall omnichannel presence.
- Market Research and Strategy :
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Assist in the development of new business proposals and pitches.
