Description :
Supervisor of Community Support Team will provide ongoing supervision to program staff to ensure quality of care, documentation and productivity. Ensures authorization, coordination of services and continuity of care of participants. Develops and establishes intensive outreach strategies to maintain program capacity. Supervisor of Community Support Team will monitor delivery of behavioral health services and ensures continuous quality improvement in relation to program goals and standards. Supervisor of Community Support Team will coordinate and ensure appropriate crisis management services. Works closely with other programs and service providers in the community to increase service access and to strengthen community relationships.
Requirements :
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related social services area from an accredited university or college.
- QMHP required.
- Bilingual-Spanish preferred.
- Two years of experience in community behavioral health setting.
- Experience working in diverse populations.
