Base Pay Range: $55k - $60k

The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) is the world’s largest anti-fraud organization delivering best-in-class training, offering the CFE credential and fostering a dynamic, global community of anti-fraud professionals.

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Design Team and develop engaging print and digital marketing materials. In this role, you'll create a variety of assets—including flyers, brochures, web graphics, and trade show signage—while ensuring brand consistency across all member communications and marketing projects.

Essential Functions:

1. Creates and executes design projects following company brand guidelines from concept to completion, with direction from the Creative Director and Senior Graphic Designers.
2. Designs projects including flyers, postcards, brochures, logos, icons, infographics, web/email graphics and tradeshow signage.
3. Sizes, manipulates, and retouches photos.
4. Creates and updates applications, forms, presentations, etc.
5. Assists in managing the print production process for marketing collateral. Prepares print-ready files and assets for production and check proofs for accuracy.
6. Assists in securing competitive print bids and creating print orders; coordinating distribution and delivery; and tracking and filing invoices.
7. Designs and creates layouts and artwork for articles, columns, departments, etc. for Fraud Magazine.
8. Assists in the creation of reports, report style guides, report graphics, and charts/graphs for reports.
9. Performs other duties as requested or required.

Required:

1. 1-2 years of design experience. Four years of High School resulting in a diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Proficient in Adobe CC including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.
3. Possess strong composition, color, design, typography and layout skills. Must be able to think creatively when conceptualizing design pieces and multitask effectively to meet deadlines.
4. Experience in print production or familiarity with how the print production process works.
5. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems a plus, as well as experience with Figma, Adobe Premier Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
6. Photography, digital illustration, and storyboarding are a plus.
7. Proven skills in organizing work with close attention to detail, taking direction, managing time effectively and handling multiple tasks in a timely manner.
8. Skilled in collaborating with internal and external resources.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Effective usage of English grammar, syntax and punctuation.
