Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Implementation Architect located in Greater Boston or remote. The Technical Implementation Architect bridges customer needs with our solution capabilities in a dynamic startup environment. In this role, you'll not only lead the integration process from initial discovery through deployment but also help establish and refine implementation methodologies as we scale. You'll work directly with customers to understand requirements, design integration solutions, perform data analysis, and provide user training, while embracing the entrepreneurial challenges of a growing company. Though an individual contributor position initially, this role offers significant opportunity for advancement as the organization expands. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, technical expertise in APIs (REST/SOAP), SQL, and experience with tools like Postman, JIRA, and CRM systems, combined with the adaptability and initiative to thrive in a startup culture. Your ability to simplify complex concepts, solve problems creatively, and serve as the primary technical point of contact will be essential in helping customers maximize value from our solutions while building the foundation for our implementation practice.
Key Responsibilities:
· Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs for our solutions and demonstrate how our solutions address their needs.
· Evaluate and communicate project risks
· Work with customer’s technical resources to assess integration capabilities and determine if an existing integration can be used or if a project requires integration work.
· Design and document integration requirements
· Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical issues related to the integration
· Perform analysis on a customer’s data in the context of our solutions and determine project specific
highlights, patterns, and potential exceptions for review.
· Create and maintain step-by-step user guides.
· Train and support customers with their usage of the application.
· Gather feedback, assess its value to our customers, and work with the product team to prioritize that work to deliver on customer needs.
· Act as the primary point of contact during implementation, address technical concerns, and collaborate with the support team for issue resolution.

Technical Skills/Tools:
· API XML/SOAP and REST - Experience with Postman or cURL
