We’re expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential, where top performers can exceed $200,000 annually. We provide the tools and support you need to succeed and offer no cap on income, rewarding results.
Key Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Proven success in sales, with a passion for closing deals.
- Cold-Calling Experience: Essential experience in cold-calling to generate leads and build relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and stay driven to achieve targets.
- Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Impeccable follow-up skills and acute attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Efficient with Microsoft Office/Google Work Suite
- NO REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON.
- NO REAL ESTATE LICENSE NEEDED.
About the Role:
As an Investment Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist you will:
- Quickly contact and vet seller leads while building rapport and trust.
- Manage lead information and sales activities in the company CRM.
- Schedule inspections, consult on options, and present solutions to sellers.
- Evaluate properties based on online data, phone conversations, and potential rehab costs (training provided).
- Manage follow-ups and prioritize “hot” leads.
- Follow the company’s closing sequence to ensure success.
- Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling and texting.
Compensation:
- Commission-Only: Potential to earn $100,000-$300,000 per year.

Work Schedule:
- In Office: Based in Nampa Idaho.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, with flexibility based on seller schedules. Typical start time: 9 AM with 8:30 AM meetings. End time: 5-7 PM.
