My client, a reputable company in the Ocala FL area, is hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist with growth opportunity and competitive pay!
Qualifications:
- Experience with large ERP systems, particularly SAP, Sage, and NetSuite is preferred by not required
- Proficient in invoice processing, purchase order management, and reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and three-way matching.
- Capability to prepare detailed spending reports and assist with special projects.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable by matching invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports, and inputting data into the Accounts Payable system.
- Process accounts payable checks as scheduled.
- Act as the primary backup for payroll using the E-time Software System.
- Audit freight bills paid by an outside service vendor.
- Prepare monthly department spending reports.
- Analyze vendor accounts and negotiate extended terms with vendors under unusual circumstances.
- File invoices and maintain a well-organized accounts payable inbox.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Process invoices, reconcile statements, and handle internal invoice queries.
- Index the inbox and efficiently manage various functions.
- Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports.
