What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interview ASAP! Verification Specialist position at Aston Carter?
- Completes investigation and issues updated reports to clients.
- Interviews consumers via telephone, updates trade information, and contacts sources for trade and employment verifications.
- Analyzes data to ensure compliance to office and customer specifications.
- Researches and updates customer requests for disputed items, duplications and outdated information.
- Calls creditors, interviews borrowers when necessary, contacts landlords for rental verifications and/or contact the client when necessary.
- Interprets credit report data.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- HS Diploma
- 6 months experience (can be processing, customer service, retail, etc.)
