Description
Specific responsibilities include :
- Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of wages.
- Input and maintain employee information in the HRIS system, including government forms, employee addresses, direct deposit information, and earning or deduction adjustments.
- Collect, verify, and process timesheets, time off, and leave requests to ensure accurate payroll calculations.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations in regard to payroll.
- Help ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations, company policies, and labor laws by maintaining registrations in all jurisdictions and researching tax discrepancies.
- Generate and review payroll reports, assist with audits, and provide necessary documentation to internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Address payroll inquiries from employees and resolve pay discrepancies in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Document payroll processes effectively and make updates to documentation as needed.

The pay range for this position is $23.30 - $28.10 / hr.
