Job Title: Manufacture Laborer

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt – Full Time

Section II: Summary
There are three main departments in the casket manufacturing process.
1. Stamping: The primary function of this department is to stamp the parts for the metal burial caskets using different types of presses depending on the part that is needed.

No experience is necessary, but experience in the following areas, but not limited to, are preferred.
 Press Operator
 Hand Tools

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand for long periods of time. The employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The noise level in the work environment is high. Required PPE for all positions are supplied by the Company. Positions include repetitive work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
