Graveyard Shift_
Responsibilities :
Responsible for the development and finalization of quality systems and safety documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Change Control Management Systems, Non-Conformance reports, Work Orders, Job Plans, Hazard Risk Assessments, and Job Hazard Assessments
Overseeing various aspects of building, utility, and production systems and equipment, Ensures all tasks are executed safely and efficiently, according to schedules, minimizing workflow of production
Provide training across employees within manufacturing and maintenance
Develops and reviews and approvals of and maintenance reports, forms, plans and records.
Reviews equipment, maintenance and procedures
Reviewing loops sheets, electrical schematics, P&ID's, I / O wiring and panel drawings
Requirements
Associate Degree and 4 years of experience, OR
High school diploma or GED and 6 years of industry experience
Experience with packaging configurations, and interpreting batch records throughout manufacturing processes in a GMP setting
Experience in filling and finishing manufacturing processes, with vial inspections from the biotech industry
Proficient knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, and protocols per internal guidelines are met.
Ability to perform measurements, calculations, metric system.
