Job Description:
Hours Per Day: 4 Hours (5 days a week)

- Provide administrative support to designated department(s), including but not limited to data entry, scheduling meetings, managing conference rooms, records retention, and file management.
- Process invoices and manage expenses through the internal system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Order and manage departmental supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in coordinating training classes and providing general administrative support as needed.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a High school diploma with relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Initiative, accountability, accuracy, problem-solving ability, and follow-up skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or High school diploma with relevant experience.
