Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Home Health
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team. As a COTA with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to patients in their homes, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing evaluations of patient functional status
- Teach and retrain patients on daily activities
- Provide instruction to family/caregivers on treatment regimens
- Follow treatment programs and goals for improved patient function as advised by Registered Occupational Therapist
- Maintain accurate clinical records and submit documentation
- Ensure compliance with state and federal legal and regulatory requirements
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant education program accredited by ACOTE
- NBCOT certification with current licensure to practice in state of operation
- 1 year COTA experience
- Home health experience preferred
- Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
