- Assist in the development and execution of recruiting plans.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the preparation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications.
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruiting events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Current staffing or recruiting experience, preferably staffing for a temporary Agency or in home health
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid computer skills
- Google Workspace Skills Preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction.
- Access to reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must pass a national background check Must be able to pass drug screening
- Paid training will only be reimbursed for time training is scheduled for.
