Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and dispatch our Skilled Technician to meet our customers’ demands.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to effectively convey information, and provide resolutions, to our customers and Technicians.
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude to every customer interaction, making sure to spread joy and create a memorable experience.
- Use your knowledge of the service call to close out service tickets and properly invoice our customers for the outstanding service we provided.
- Embrace and contribute to our fun and positive work environment, keeping morale high and fostering teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and personable manner.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and order processing.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude that brings energy to the team and customers.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
