POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently recruiting for a HR Analyst I Performance Development. This full-time position pays ÂÂÂÂ27.14/hr, and is located in Providence, RI.

The HR Analyst I Performance Development will work with the Performance DevelopmentProgram manager to ensure the ongoing development, implementation and expansion ofstatewide Performance Development programs, processes and systems including, but notlimited to, coordinating performance development processes, preparing communications,working with the information technology team and performance development system vendor to ensure data is current and accurate, coordinating and conducting agency and employee training sessions, and providing support to end users for both technology troubleshooting and performance development coaching.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and administer organization-wide performance development processes and review cycles.
  • Manage performance management systems and data.
  • Deliver training and create materials on performance processes and systems.
  • Support continuous improvement of performance development programs and processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid working knowledge of performance development systems.
  • Experience facilitating development activities.
  • Experience creating training materials.
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible.
  • Highly motivated.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
  • Or equivalent level 3 years of experience in performance development/management programs.
  • Experience with Workday Performance Enablement.
  • Experience with NeoGov Perform.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Working hours M-F, 8:30am-4:30pm.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
