Job Title: Project Manager - Operations

Job Summary
The Project Manager-Operations is responsible for overseeing the in-house restoration division which
Includes
Water damage mitigation
Fire, smoke and odor removal
Contents pack out and cleaning
environmental services
emergency board-up and tarping
mold remediation and abatement projects
Responsibilities
Hires and manages the in-house work-force
Maintains daily schedule for all work
Communicates professionally with ATI staff, vendors, customers and subcontractors
Trains work-force on safety, means & methods and the demanding requirements of emergency
program work for insurance carriers.
Direct oversight of ongoing operations that includes tools, equipment, supplies and fleet Regularly
inspects facilities and assets for repair and maintenance purposes.
Provide technical explanations, constructive feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and
within budget
Liaises with multiple departments to ensure that their support service needs are met.
Prepares evaluation reports for senior management.
Maintains an ongoing understanding of costs of goods and services and predicted Gross Profit with the
company’s best interests always in mind.
This position will require some travel at various times and this person must be willing to work
odd hours, weekends and holidays as called upon
Manages multiple projects simultaneously over a multi-location region
Adheres to and manages safety and risk assessment policies and procedures.
Other related duties as assigned.
Required Education And Experience
High School diploma or equivalent, some college is a plus
Minimum of three years of supervision experience in a professional context
A combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred
Minimum 5 years of restoration, construction and/or environmental abatement experience with direct
experience working in complex and sensitive settings
Knowledge of the Restoration and Construction Industry is a must
Bachelor’s Degree And/or Equivalent Industry Experience Required
Must be proficient in MS Office, G Suite, Salesforce or equivalent
Physical Demands: Must be in good physical health and be able to meet the medical clearance requirements
of an OSHA (HAZWOPER) medical surveillance physical examination and drug screening. Able to wear full
and half face respirator and lift/carry 50 pounds.
Certifications Needed: llCRC Restoration and/or Construction Industry certifications required. Other related
qualifications might arise as deemed necessary by circumstances. OSHA 10 hr. and/or 30 hr. general industry
course, current State Driver’s license and forklift operator certification
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of water
restoration/abatement as well as asbestos, mold, and lead removal. The candidate will also have excellent
communication skills, progressive problem solving skills, and a strong work ethic with the ability to effectively
manage a team. Good communication skills and commitment to company safety policy are a must. Must be
legally eligible to work in the United States. Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged, but not required.
