- 7 years of supervisory or project experience in a manufacturing process environment.
- 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience with equipment such as fans, material handling (screw/belt conveyors, bucket elevators, airlocks, pneumatic conveying systems), and 480-volt electrical distribution.
- Ability to comply with corporate policies and Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA).
- Proficient in measuring performance against company KPIs and delivering routine reports, assessments, and data analysis on maintenance performance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, machine design, and manufacturing systems.
- Expertise in electrical and digital systems (motors, controls, instruments, power distribution).
- Experience with precision maintenance techniques.
- Skilled in using CMMS systems for entering work hours, work orders, parts usage, etc.
