- Strong ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Must have worked on ServiceNow implementation using a third-party vendor.
- Strong vendor management skills to challenge and collaborate effectively with the implementation team.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow beyond just being a user.
- Ability to push back on out-of-the-box solutions when necessary wants someone who has done this with a third party vendor so if they are blowing smoke the PM will know that and call them out.
