What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow Project Manager position at Refactor Talent?
We’re seeking to connect a Project Manager with a leading company in the public sector on a hybrid basis.
As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to join a passionate, motivated team and leverage your expertise in project management and ServiceNow implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Application & Client Services team to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
- Break down concepts and projects into actionable requirements for developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews to gather critical information and feedback for project development.
- Manage a variety of projects, including RFPs, contract/scope development, infrastructure upgrades, application enhancements, and implementation of COTS/vendor applications with multiple integrations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management utilizing agile methodology.
- Proficient in CA Clarity Portfolio Management, MS Project, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Microsoft 365 Services, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and ServiceNow.
- High-level understanding of project management methodology, web application programming, content management systems, API, database, and system design.
