What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney position at Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group - Gore?
As the Firm’s Associate Attorney, your main job is to perform Attorney-specific tasks within the Firm. These include legal analysis and strategy in settling cases, working with the Legal Assistant and Paralegal to make sure cases are being managed appropriately and worked up completely, so they are presented in the best possible light to the insurance company for settlement, also making recommendations for settling or going to trial if needed. If cases are unable to be settled, you are responsible for recommending litigation and reporting to the Owner and Firm Administrator.
