This is a day’s role covering Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm

Our Client

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Day to day support of the maintenance team to ensure PM schedules are met.

· Manage team and react to CM’s as they occur on an ad hoc basis.

· Ensure the highest safety standards are adhered to at all times.

· Assist the team with any issues they encounter and resolve quickly.

· Provide technical leadership to the maintenance team.

· Identify areas of improvement for individuals and develop training plans for the entire team.

· Implement this training plan to ensure the knowledge is spread across all shifts and that cross training of all systems and equipment is achieved across the entire team.

· Ability to lead, manage, direct and motivate a team of highly skilled maintenance technicians.

· Build a strong Client working relationship.

· Represent Atlantach with professionalism and continue to build on our reputation.

· Manage the performance of the individuals across the team.

· Develop and report out on KPI metrics for the team for internal review and to share with the client on a weekly/monthly basis.

Authority:

· You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.

· To instruct all team members on their day to day duties via the weekly maintenance plan.

· Discipline and correct issues with the team if they arise.

· Interact with the client to manage the program and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Electrical/mechanical Qualification – Journeyman / Degree

· Experience in managing a group of maintenance technicians in an industrial or manufacturing environment

· Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to guide the team on trouble shooting and repair various types of manufacturing equipment.

· Knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventative maintenance and safety protocols.

· Familiarity with industrial machinery, tools, and equipment commonly used in manufacturing such as batching equipment, packaging lines, fill lines and conveyor systems.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

· Excellent communicator

· Strong teamwork abilities

· A commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.

· Available for call outs across all shifts

· Excellent people management skills is a must.
